Hong Kong is widely recognized as the "Shopping Paradise".  It's no doubt that this is the fact and true that you can easily get most of the stuff you can think of...fashion, jewelries, handbags, cars, food at different gradings etc.  Yet, if you ask me to name a few of truly comprehensive lifestyle stores consisting of inspiring furniture, lighting, soft furnishing, art pieces as well as lifestyle accessories... I can only think of Lane Crawford.  Other than that I have to look for each category by traveling to different locations in order to fulfill my need.  Frankly speaking, given that HK is being said as a commercial city, even at Lane Crawford nowadays I can hardly see products w/ inspiring settings that can enhance my interest to appreciate the true beauty of designer products which can actually be a piece of art for appreciation/contribution.  It is a bit sad for designers or artists striving to look for inspiring goods and reinvention sometimes.  Hopefully, someone at some place in the city will figure out a way for hunters like me to appreciate truly nice stuff real soon.  I look forward to seeing it happen :)
